Hijack Leads – Refund & Replacement Policy

All Sales Are Final

At Hijack Leads, we specialize in providing exclusive leads. Due to the nature of our business and the value of the data provided, all sales are final. Once leads are purchased, no refunds or returns will be issued under any circumstances.

Lead Replacement for Disconnected Numbers

While refunds are not available, we understand the importance of lead quality. If you receive leads with disconnected or non-working phone numbers, we will replace them with new leads at no additional cost.

To request a replacement, you must:

  • Report the disconnected lead(s) within 72 hours of purchase.

  • Provide customer information

Once verified, replacement leads will be issued promptly.

No Other Exceptions

Aside from disconnected numbers, no other issues (such as uninterested prospects, leads not answering, or leads not converting into sales) qualify for refunds or replacements.

Disputing a charge after order fulfilment will result in legal action taken against you.
